Using web content to convey a sense of quality

Sometimes companies want web content to project a clear voice, whether it's a sassy, "we can help you" confidence or a lyrical, "we mean quality" refinement.

This company--a provider of handcrafted Amish gazebos, decor, and furniture--wanted the latter to draw readers in and help them envision their lives enriched by handcrafted quality. I wrote all of the web content on this site, including a series of Buyer's Guides in keeping with the tenet that web content, especially for costly or complex purchases, should educate first, sell second.
