When it comes to content, shorter is always better, which is why this SaaS company agreed with my thinking that short success stories would have better chances of being read.
People are just too busy; they want to get at the information they're looking for as quickly as possible.
With those thoughts in mind, we worked up a short-form, single-page success story sample.
