Using email to drive spa customers to a free teleseminar
This client came to me through a marketing agency that had set up a multistage marketing campaign for a spa offering various laser treatments, such as acne care, hair removal, vein removal, and skin rejuvenation.
My role was to develop a series of three chatty email letters "from satisfied customers" that would drive readers to sign up for an upcoming, informational teleseminar on laser hair removal. To do so, I developed an in-depth questionnaire, interviewed the happy customers, and then developed the letters and iterated on them with both the marketing agency and the spa owner.
