This client called on me to power-up her company's marketing collateral, including what she called "case studies." Although I think of case studies as being much more technical in nature than this example story is, I also think that what you call the thing doesn't matter; what it communicates does!
The example illustrates how I rewrote one particular story, showing you both the "before" and "after" versions. Notice how my version is more story-like, and therefore a bit easier to read.
