Before I begin, I need to understand your company, your audience and their journey, and your goals. In this 60-minute call, either over the phone, by Skype, or through Hangouts, I’ll pick your brain in preparation for the work ahead.
The best way for me to learn about your company, products/services, and market is to dive into your content through a content audit. During the work, I'll inventory your content and provide high-level recommendations on what might be missing or what needs improvement. I'll also develop a list of questions I’ll need you to answer to close any gaps I might find.
This work happens over the three months we spend together. You decide which content you want improved, either based on the content audit recommendations or your knowledge of your team. For instance, you may have a few sales people who need to learn to write better emails, or a content specialist whose language feels stilted or lacks polish. You may want me to review a series of sales presentations, ebooks, brochures, web pages ... whatever. At the end of our time together, you'll have vastly improved content and perhaps even stronger team writers.
